Premium quality '2x2' vitrified tiles.

KITCHEN

Black granite for platform with tiles dado upto 2'height with steel sink.

TOILETS

All the CP fitting are of reputed make. Tiles upt 6'height, One wash basins and indian WC incommon toiler. And EWC in attached toilet of Reputed make in white colour

SANITARY FITTING

CPVC/PVC of standard make.

ELECTRICAL

Concealed copper wiring with standard modular switches with adequate Light points, TV, Telephone,Poer point and A.C. point in master bedroom.

WATER SUPPLY

Water supply from overhead tank and provision for municipal water.
